Queer Tango in Buenos Aires

On a recent trip to Buenos Aires I explored local tango events that would satisfy and benefit the LGBT/Queer tango dancer traveler. Of course, visiting during major organized queer tango events is best, but what is offered the rest of the year? Following are just some resources one can avail and have a thoroughly positive and memorable queer tango adventure.

All the classes I attended were bi-lingual (Spanish and English). In each mainstream class setting I enrolled and/or participated as a male follower, and my experiences with the organizers and educators were excellent and positive. At mainstream practicas and milongas, I made sure I went with friends rather than to rely on asking strangers who may have no interest in queer tango.
